European Commissioner for Energy Dan Jorgensen says that:

- the energy crisis will be prolonged

- the European Commission is preparing “for the worst scenarios” (i.e. fuel rationing), just in case

I find this a lot more calming than “don’t panic” attitudes. European Leaders should apply the same style to the global security situation.
