After #NakedHiking at Mirang Pool on Heathcote Creek, I headed to Lake Eckersley on the Woronora River, also in Heathcote National Park, with my new found #NakedHikers.

@SydneyJim How wonderful that you found other naked hikers on your naked hike!!
@laughing_kooky I had met some of them in years past. They are the remnants of older naked hiking groups. They still arrange their hikes via email!
@SydneyJim Wow. That is terrific that the group has continued.
@laughing_kooky Only two of them have any club affiliations. The others told me they are happy to be free of the politics & rules. Like me, they’ve been doing their own thing all these years.
@SydneyJim @laughing_kooky Club rules are meant to promote the ideals of non sexual social nudity they also act to screen out those with alternative intentions? But yes, I agree, it is wonderful to experience naturism without others telling you what you can and cannot do. I love the attitude, of certain good friends of mine, that we just do it, to go naked as if it is a perfectly natural and normal thing to do - without a care what others may or may not think! (1/2)
Much of the politics within the naturist community is toxic to the ideals of naturism! (2/2)
