@adamasnemesis This is the main lesson of the immigration citizenship case This administration sees the Constitution as a (wink-and-nod) inconvenience. The rights of common citizens have become inconveniences. If they can do this to the least of our citizens (children), they can do it to anyone. No one is safe.
@patrick One might argue that they ought to man up and propose a constitutional amendment and shift the argument to *that* battlefield, but the regime's primary objective is to attack the legal system itself, more so than changing citizenship rules.
@patrick So it makes sense from their own perspective, but I think the so-called opposition is not grasping just how sinister the Trump administration and "MAGA" are as a political force.
