The #Senate on Thursday sent a bipartisan funding deal to reopen #DHS back to the #House, which convened for a 2-minute session & took no action to pass it. The Senate’s bill to fund the agency is now formally back with the House, & the #shutdown will continue at least through Monday, when the chamber will hold its next session. The plan would have funded DHS through Sept 30 but omit money for #Trump’s #immigration crackdown.
