Just wondering, who keeps an analog clock out on display in your home? I am thinking the older one is, the more likely. Let’s see! Ok to share. #Clock #Time #Analog #Digital
@cobalt123 I have one in a corner, but it's facing toward the wall. I'm just not sure what to do with it...
@alan Ha! Have you had it a long time? We have to have ours prominent in case we have caregivers who have to clock in and out for shifts. If you are ten minutes away from ending a shift, all the sudden you remember all the things you are supposed to do before you left. If I was passing by and noticed a flurry of activity I just knew what the time was.

@cobalt123 Probably on the order of 20 years. Until recently it hung in the bathroom, because that's a place where one often has a time constraint (get to work, a meeting, etc.), isn't wearing a wristwatch, doesn't want to use a phone, and is not wearing glasses.

It has been replaced by a small back-lit digital clock that illuminates on noise, so a clap of the hands tells time. Personally, my watch claims it's waterproof, so I test that and wear it into the shower. ;)

@alan Oh, too funny! We used to have to keep a clock in the bathroom. To remind a certain son that 45 minutes in the bathroom is too long when it’s the only bathroom the family has.

@cobalt123 Ha. My rule would be "You have 25 minutes, after that, I'm popping the door lock and letting someone else in!"

I love deadlines. ;)
