Seems like a good day to remind everyone that Trump’s ex-wife Ivana wasn’t an American citizen until 1988. She gave birth to Don Junior in 1977, Ivanka in 1981, and Eric in 1984. — Let’s cancel their birthright citizenship first.

@oscarfalcon @Strandjunker it wouldn't be relevant in the trial. Per the text of the EO, as long as at least one parent is either a US citizen or legal permanent resident (green card holder), citizenship is granted.

Whose names go on a birth certificate?

The patient is listed as mother. Clear enough. In the normal course, whoever she says is father--husband, we hope--is listed as father.

Imagine what kind of drama we'll start to see if the citizenship rules change.
