@CdnCurmudgeon Federal government does not refund any private medical usage funds back to any province and is considerate a loss to coffers .. it is a loss to provinces and private medical is trying to force usage by people ...YOUR province has to be making money from private services in order to allow this to happen ..Get rid of those involved including the UCP party is a part of the ISSUE
