Call for sustained funding for mine action in Afghanistan amid ongoing child casualties
Ahead of the International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action, I remain gravely concerned over the continued toll of explosive ordnance on Afghan civilians, particularly children, and called for urgent international investment to sustain life-saving operations.
