Good morning!

It was a chilly, drizzly morning for my walk today, but it never turned into real rain, for which I am grateful. Now I'm home and sipping coffee and thinking about what to do with my day.

As usual, it will involve writing and reading. I'm going to roast a chicken, which will give me food for a few days and leftovers to freeze. I'll vacuum the house.

And this afternoon my sister and I will have a nice, long phone call.

Have a good one, my friends, and keep on keeping on.

@joyce

I hope your pain has subsided from yesterday 🀞 πŸ₯°

@Lorraine

Thank you. It's better than yesterday, but it's also pretty much a constant in my life.

@joyce

Good πŸ’œ
Me, too πŸ₯Ή Today it's my hands that are the worst.

@Lorraine

Hands can be bad. For me, it's my back and hips, and lately my knees.

@joyce

Oh I'm sorry! But, your foot is getting better, yes?

@Lorraine

Yes. I still do the plantar fasciitis stretches and exercises every day, but the pain is gone.

@joyce
It's great to share with us about your experience throught the day. Rainfall would be so much great if you were a gardener because it not only provide water to plants but also nitrogen which plants need for growth. Do you have any interest in gardening?

@nuwagaba2

I don't have a place to do much gardening, just some small flowerbeds.

@joyce
Gardening is usually not all about space. You can grow in containers, do hydroponics or aquaponics even if you don't have enough space. But this can only help you grow food for your own consumption but if you plan to go far with gardening, you need a bigger space. Can i share with you about my farming project?

@joyce

We've got heavy fog and lots of puddles. I'll let things dry out before I try to walk.

I'm inspired by your idea of a roast chicken. That may be the solution for this Sunday's dinner. My 2 local daughters are working, so we won't have a big Easter dinner.

Enjoy your day and your afternoon call with your sister!

@joyce I'm glad you got out despite the drizzle. Enjoy your day.
