@AAKL I'm so mad. Obviously it pales in comparison to their other atrocities but to go after the last part of the country that people are able to go enjoy without giving rich people money is infuriating.

@cR0w this reminds me of previous announcements about drilling in public lands. Or maybe data centers? On the plus side, the states now have more say.

@AAKL Sort of. For now at least. But how well is it going to work when, say, Idaho destroys Kaniksu National Forest to own the libs all the way up to the Washington border? Despite the fact that I care about the national forests across the entire country, other states destroying their forests for profits will significantly impact the rest of us. And not just recreation.
