Somehow, we need to get the general populace of Ontario to realize that long ER wait times are bad.

My best guess is that most people don't have to go to the ER all that often, so it doesn't seem like a problem worth fixing.

@hewer_of_code I'd like to know where the billions in Federal health transfer payments went. It doesn't seem like it went into Ontario Health.
