RE 🇨🇦Somehow, we need to get the general populace of Ontario to realize that long ER wait times are bad.
My best guess is that most people don't have to go to the ER all that often, so it doesn't seem like a problem worth fixing.

@ZenHeathen Yeah, it's kind of mind boggling to me. He originally campaigned on a promise to fix it. It's only gotten worse, and it just gets a 🤷♂️ from the population.

🍁 Δράκακηϛ ⚜️Last time the paramedics were called (I suffer chronic, terminal lung & heart disease) I refused a trip to the ER because I couldn't bear the thought of lying strapped into a gurney for 6 hours.
I'm still waiting for the pollsters to ask 𝐦𝐲 opinion on that …
@drakakis One of our family members had a serious health issue where we *should* have called the paramedics sooner, but put it off because we knew what was waiting for us in the ER.
By the time we did call, it had gotten so bad that they bumped us to the front of the queue.
See, it worked! Couldn't convince my nurse of that …
