Just bombed the fuck out of an interview because they wanted me to code up a bunch of stuff!! While they watched!! Without using stackoverflow or API docs to remind myself how things work!! Given I haven't touched this shit in a year!!

Like sorry but I couldn't do this type of interview even in the middle of working at an agency. Which is unfortch because I'm fucking amazing at my job.

@hex Yeah it's called a whiteboard interview. It used to be super super common. Less so now.
