Is it just me, or do all of the #StarTrekDS9 alien languages look like an absolute pain to hand-write?

Cardassian https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Cardassian_language needs a pen with variable stroke width.

Bajoran https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Bajoran_language consists of highly complex pictogram-like glyphs.

Ferengi https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Ferengi_language requires variable stroke thickness again, and also requires you to draw flowchart-like lines.

Dominionese https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Dominionese has large filled shapes.

Trill https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Trill_language is relatively sane in that glyphs are one or two strokes with a fixed-width pen, but the glyphs are usually seen on top of triangular background shapes for some reason. I'm guessing that's just a style and they can still read their language even without that, since obviously that would make handwriting on a uniform surface like paper impossible.

The Borg https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Borg_language have a written language, surprisingly enough. I would think such a thing unnecessary, given that their minds are all linked. But their language is…more like a diagram than a glyph-based language like we are familiar with, which I guess makes sense for a race who all have computers in their heads.
