DS425+ OR DS925+ Help

Hi all, i have a qnapTS228 which soon after buying many years ago began withdrawing support for some of its features aswell as its cloud access being hacked and so this feature was unuseable. Synology has directed me through its selector to the DS425+ and the DS925+ . What i would like to know...
