I'm tired and the goal was to cook dinner without going to the other house, where almost everything has been moved already. So it was a tuna steak seared in salt and olive oil, with a side of leeks and carrots melted with salt and one garlic clove, and a salad of slivered bitter chicorée frisée with clementine wedges and the vinegar from a jar of jalapeño peppers poured over it. It looked awful (green and orange repeated in cold and hot forms), but it tasted good enough to make again.

@Tarnport That is often how it goes for me with food, too. Maybe we can give this kind of dishes a title like Serendipity?
