Fitness advice please. My goal is to keep extending my distance that I ride in a day.
My medium/long goals are:
69km day this year (I think this is probably going to happen by September)
122km day in 2027
190km day in 2028, maybe 2029.
My current progress is 46km in 3:10 (2:40 moving).
Assuming I can do one big ride 2 out of 3 weekends (and other rides when I can), should I be trying to slowly add a couple of km each ride, or pause at the current distance and try to do it faster?
