I really hope some lawyer points out to the Supreme Court that if Trump is allowed to end the birthright citizenship of immigrants' children, then by the language of the Fourteenth Amendment those children are therefore not "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States and are not bound by its laws. That ruling would create a class of not only stateless but legally immune individuals who cannot be deported, arrested, or prosecuted.
