I thought this was going to be a struggle - tin certainly isn't one of the elements most often used in songs, although probably more common than ytterbium or oganesson.

But anyway, I managed to come up with some songs quite quickly after all.

Queen, We Will Rock You (because I like to imagine the can he's kicking all over the place is made of tin, and also it's something you can say on your wedding anniversary like when you go out for a nice dinner for example)

Edit - changed my mind because I wanted to. I want to say Any Old Iron by Peter Sellers, but no matter how I contort it, iron and tin are different elements. However I like to imagine that when collecting any old iron, inevitably some tin might make it's way in there somehow.
