@TheBreadmonkey Without the mass media (and most social media platforms) working so hard to prop up the hatemongers I wonder if they even could have reached the level they have even in these times.
They certainly did an awful lot to help ensure the Trump/Project 2025 regime could come into power. I really wonder if Trump ever would have gained power over the US that first time without Facebook, Fox, and etc falling over themselves to help.

They know how rage bait works.
My point being, it’s not a general rule. Rage bait works on those other platforms because they are designed in a way to make it work. It’s a choice made by the owners. And whose rage gets amplified is also their choice.
