Iranian missile and drone retaliatory strikes targeted Prince Sultan Airbase in Saudi Arabia on 27 March, wounding at least 12 US troops and damaging aircraft and buildings, just hours after Israeli attacks hit Iranian nuclear facilities.

Two US officials confirmed the attack injured at least a dozen service members, including two in serious condition, with later estimates suggesting the toll could rise to 15 or more.

" injured at least a dozen service members, including two in serious condition, with later estimates suggesting the toll could rise to 15 or more."

How is that, don't they know how many people were injured? How can they know that the toll of wounded troops can rise from 12 to 15? Doesn't make sense.

The US government is lying as much as it can about these figures; you always have to assume the numbers are higher.
@EndIsraeliApartheid
That too, obviously (and as a country at war I wouldn't want anyone to know the actual numbers). But expecting the number of wounded to change after the event is kind of stupid. If it were the number of soldiers killed, ok. But this?
