Universities when Wikipedia started:
"You're banned to use Wikipedia as source for your essays. Anyone can edit it, so it might not always be reliable"

Universities when AI started:
"You MUST be able to use the stochastic parrot, or you'll be left behind"

Meanwhile, Wikipedia becomes more and more reliable while the stochastic parrots get their info... from Wikipedia.

Yep, same. I was reading the article as a starting point to get a good general idea for my own understanding, then checked their sources and adding a few of my own.
