While I loved the exhibition, I definitely overdid things yesterday. Got a taxi from Euston to the gallery, but thought I’d save some ££ and get the tube back.

I’d forgotten that not all tube stations have escalators and the steps were too much for me.

Have realised that my exploding head syndrome is related to my chronic fatigue. And that the previous two times I’ve had it were also after times of over-exertion. A friend gets tinnitus, this must be my indicator.

Oh and how hot is the underground?! I struggle to regulate my temperature as it is.

Also the overground train I got home was quite warm and had really horrible bright lighting. Sensory overload!

Okay no more train moaning, but you can see why anyone with an invisible illness/disability (an unknown number) might not want to use public transport. Temperature control is one of my main reasons.

@catnip Hope you feel better soon. Top tip for future London trips: the buses are more accessible, temperature stable (except on a hot day, then all bets are off) and lighting usually ok. Main downside is folk playing videos out loud on phones
