Random thoughts about the No Kings event in Scottsdale:

-People show up badly equipped for spending 2 hours in the heat (even though today wasn't that bad). Shorts, open toed shoes and no water - not good.

-Do we not have any modern protest songs? Everything I heard was straight out of a Vietnam movie.

-Where are the community leaders? They need to be out here visibility and audibly.

-We need to see a lot more young people in the crowd.

Also, just because someone is actually well prepared (dressed for the conditions, wearing a pack ) and not carrying a sign ... they're not necessarily a right wing agitator or some undercover goon. Don't be assholes to us. #nokings2026

@dhry We had multiple marches. I always go to the one at Camelback/Scottsdale road.
