@ianbetteridge I remember a few kids bored out of their minds in a smoke filled pub on a Friday evening because the parents wanted to get out. Very well behaved but it was completely unfair on the kids.

There are pubs with playgrounds out back. I’d argue they’re more a restaurant with a bar. So there are some places it’s certainly appropriate but as a whole it doesn’t seem wise.
