#Dokomi2026 is in 2 months and I have to decide soon what I can still get done until then.

A full new comic is out of the question (I have a script but not yet a single page drawn).

Other comics artists told me it’s good to have sample booklets for comics to distribute for free. I’ll just have to see how expensive that is to make and no idea how many make sense. Then I could make some for my existing comics and some for the new one.

I’ll definitely need new business cards so the main question is which existing illustration I put on it. Probably my threesome characters, and a hint on the back where to find their comic.
In tandem with that, my website has been just a custom link tree since I set it up 2 years ago and if I’m going to make it better then ideally before the con.

Then there’s merch… I made a lot of new stuff for Koibana and didn’t run out of anything, so I guess I can just bring that 🤔

I’ll definitely not try to design any print merch again, the cocktail postcards I made last year are selling so bad, I’m glad if a single one goes over the counter during a whole convention weekend 🥲
The only stickers I’m considering to reprint are the condoms, I ran out of some text variants I think. But that’s something I can just do days before the con.
Still thinking about a possible design for a “Yuri” sticker as a counterpart to the condom that says “Yaoi”.
