In Dolphin (#KDE #Plasma file manager) you can scroll all sub-folders using the mouse wheel in the address bar.

If you have:
/home/user/Documents/2023
/home/user/Documents/2024
/home/user/Documents/2025
/home/user/Documents/2026
and you are inside the "2024" folder

Just move the mouse pointer on "2024" (see image) and scroll using the mouse wheel.
You will scroll to the next (2025) or previous (2023) directory.

Doing the same on the "Documents" label will let you scroll that level (e.g Documents -> Desktop/Downloads/etc)
