@tess I think @astronomycast might falsify that theory as the male science journalist kind of interviews the female astronomer who does more of the explaining. The banter is somewhat back and forth.

But it could be that your theory only applies if the podcast has one woman and multiple men, and astronomy cast does not have enough of a testosterone imbalance to bring it into effect. further research is needed into this phenomenon.
