Plant-based 'chilli con lenticchie'.
Comprised of ingredients already present in the house, baked beans, a 400g tin of green lentils, a red onion, portobello mushrooms, a carrot, half a red pepper, four cloves of garlic, half a green chilli, half a square of 80% cocoa chocolate, tomato puree and passata, I managed to make a chilli that looked very similar to a chilli con carne that I made when I are meat.
This tasted much better and lentils are only a fraction of the cost of beef mince
