@Strandjunker it would be great, but nobody's gonna do it. A real tax would require a hell of a revolution, and that isn't gonna happen in any 'western', 'modern' country.
Any supporting politician knows that an instability is a potential disaster, so they're trained to inflame first and to chill down if getting in charge.
Any big revolution has shown well to pass thru poverty, despair, isolation, and return to even stricter absolutisms.
So what? If I had good advice I wouldn't be here.
