The average 30-yr fixed #mortgage rate rose to 6.38% this week, climbing for the 4th-straight week to levels not seen in >6 months. It’s the largest 1-week jump in mortgage rates since April 2025, when markets were rattled due to #Trump’s initial tariff announcement.
