This is (I believe) a Samurai Wasp. The barrels are stink bug eggs. The is technically a parasite because it lays its eggs inside the egg containers of the stink bugs and the larvae will consume the stink bug larvae. The samurai wasp will stay with her babies until they hatch to ensure that the job is done. What a good mother! 🥰
