Step One: Bucket Tek 🍄‍🟫
I’m reading this online booklet provided by the new friend mentioned in my previous post. I figured we’d use a log (because that’s the only #mushroom home-growing method I’ve ever heard of), but I’m being encouraged to use a bucket. That works because we already have one we could use. I will most likely be growing oyster mushrooms. I hope I understand how to “pasteurize my substrate” by the time I’m done reading this.
