So, uh, I submit my resume using a PDF file, as i have seen how DOCX gets entirely mangled as it gets passed through the HR abstraction layers and tools.

LLMs and PDFs still seem to be... a problem.

I wonder if I should submit my resume in json format going forward?

@kajer I don't know what the status of the europass cv XML schema is now, but one would hope XML would be digestible.
