AndyWhen I went to a support group for autistic people/ people awaiting diagnosis, two experts by lived experience commented that after their diagnosis they were pretty much directed to go read up about autism.
In hindsight, I think that helped me get less bothered about diagnosis.
@misaimed_brain my therapist had me do a group and some reading and i've been seeing him once a month and that has been good enough @autistics
