@neurovagrant i dont expect to be using cicd stuff to deploy from there. i like to control all that shit in-house, so if theyre down it'll only matter if im trying to do a checkout/checkin
Chris@phuzion im a huge proponent of self hosting, but at the same time, im also the only person doing any coding, so its not like theres a team of folks that i have to deal with or different development styles or whatever.
@phuzion it feels like the same kinda 'whoopsie' i made when starting phobos, i signed up for expensify and started taking pictures of all work related expenses only to realize... i was approving my own expenses. and that unless i had like, teams of people using something like expensify was just unnecessary overhead.
helpful for if CUSTOMERS want receipts... but.. in house? its extra work for the sake of extra work
