#TuesdayGame Well, we started clean-up on the bastion. Pe (also in the Wednesday game) was smart and started scanning the place magically, looking for invisible things or magical things we didn't know about. Found and arcane eye (dispelled), an imp (totally unrelated to the recent incursion), and an assassin. He turned the assassin into a clam.
There were shenanigans around the imp, which caused the polymorph on the assassin to drop, and we had two battles going! Ja and I

just wanted a quiet day, but that didn't happen.
Pa, our sorcerer, lost half his HP to messing around with the imp and then in frustration, fireballed his 10x10 room. 😳
The assassin almost got away (ring of invisibility) but Pe was still seeing invisible things, so he was able to tell us where to find her (just outside the back door). I had the last action before hers, when she would have escaped. I dropped a firestorm on her. I was so done. So was she. I did double her remaining HP.
