Steamed cod dressed with thin sliced green onions, ginger, and thai chili.

This is a fairly standard Cantonese style steamed fish that’s gotten popular recently on socials.

Really easy to pull together on a week night. As with any steamed fish, fresh is best. If you don’t plan on cooking it the same day you buy, just buy frozen.

@Vidyala thank you! Some fish take to being frozen well. I think cod or pollock in particular. I’ve found they taste mostly the same fresh or frozen.
