(yes, there are exceptions, and I'll probably complain about them as they come up. I have degrees in linguistics and Chinese literature, so these are sounds I'm sensitive to.)

And at eight and a half minutes we've already hit one of those exceptions: the q in Banqiao.
Come on, guys, you gotta learn how the Romanization works*before* you go.
