PickPoppiesDAY 123 Started with a written test, went okay not more. Made a list of the things I had issues with so I can read up on it. Then there was the mousse cake feedback, I did better than expected. I had the best glaze of the class! I also know what I need to work on. Then we started with the tartlets. My buddy wasn’t in class and she’s my favorite to work with, it’s easy to get things done and it feels like she’s the only one working sometimes. #Baking #BakerySchool #BecomingABaker

@RobertoArchimboldi A lot of people struggled with it, I gambled a little and used mine earlier when it was still pretty warm, it was the right move
