Potting up tomatoes

I've got these tomato seedlings approximately 6 inches tall. roots are developed so I think. I took pic. can I pot these up to 6 inch pots to grow in until I put into ground also, I have miracle gro potting mix and miracle gro perlite, should I use this or more seed starting mix. [...]
