Aram SinnreichSCOTUS just ruled unanimously that ISPs are not contributorily liable for #copyright infringement just because they don’t terminate internet access for alleged #p2p users.
Michael Kohne@aram This seems like the correct result to me - for the ISP to prevent you doing things requires invasiveness that isn't reasonable, and which would cost an ever increasing amount of money.
