ShoqI agree with Donald Trump on just one thing. I too am sick and tired of hearing the words “affordability crisis.” It’s total bullshit. We have a late-stage capitalism crisis, and a dozen euphemisms aren’t going to solve it.

When decision makers say they cannot afford such and such, they should give an impact assessment on not funding properly. Often that would invalidate the affordability claim.
