this one does not understand humans. 
to troubleshoot a human apparently they must go to a specific class of Quality Assurance expert that is the only one allowed to submit a bug report. but if one submits a problem that is not deemed worthy of a bug report, one is "wasting the time of the expert". even if the problem remains? 
after the bug report has been submitted, one needs to await an extended debugging session. telemetry logs are irrelevant in this debugging session, only the initial bug report. and it is absolutely forbidden to apply a known fix during this debugging session to see if that resolves the problem. only debugging, no fixing. 
and yet this unit is the one that got debugged for insisting on rigid categories and inflexible routines?
