What's a polite, but non-verbal way of communicating you don't want to shake someone's hand? High five or a fist bump are doable substitutes for this one

I've been considering making a blog or something similar about how to navigate different places like airports and restaurants and give some tips and recommendations based on personal experinece.
The way I envision it I will write it with a primary focus on giving information and scripts for autistic individuals, but I'd also like to add information relevant to as many disabled people as I can.
I'm making this post as a way to gague the interest for such a thing and some feedback on what formfactor to use. Is this best served as a blog or wiki I write myself when I find the inspiration/executive function or is this maybe something that would be better served as an open forum with an attached wiki? I'm really hesitant to open it up for anyone to contribute due to concerns over moderation and accuracy of information.
Any input and boosts are appreciated
