Afghanistan 🇦🇫United Nations human rights experts have said that Pakistan’s military regime’s recent attacks on Afghanistan are illegal, and Islamabad has no evidence to justify them.
In a statement released in Geneva, the experts said that Pakistan’s attacks violate the UN Charter’s second article and international law, and constitute a violation of the right to life for civilians.
The statement reads that the Pakistani regime has so far not presented concrete evidence to show that Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan attacks are organized by Taliban officials from Afghan territory.
The statement also notes that UN reports indicate that civilian infrastructure, health centers, homes, markets, and displaced people have been affected in these clashes.
They expressed concern over the targeting of civilians in these attacks and strongly condemned Pakistan’s military regime’s recent attacks on Kabul.
The statement emphasizes that both sides of the conflict should respect international humanitarian law and humanitarian principles and protect civilians, and independent investigations should be conducted into violations so that perpetrators can be held accountable.
The experts have called for a permanent ceasefire between the Islamic Emirate and Pakistani officials.

یادو متخصصینو جینوا کې په خپره کړې اعلامیه کې ویلي، د پاکستان بریدونه د ملګرو ملتونو د منشور دویمې مادې او نړیوالو قوانینو له مخې غیرقانوني دي او د ملکي وګړو د ژوند د حق څخه سرغړونه ګڼل کیږي.
اعلامیه کې راغلي، پاکستاني رژیم تر اوسه داسې کره شواهد نه دې وړاندې کړي چې وښيي د تحریک طالبان پاکستان بریدونه د افغانستان له خاورې د طالبانو د چارواکو له خوا تنظیم شوي دي.
اعلامیه کې دا هم ویل شوي، د ملګرو ملتونو اروزنې ښيي چې په دې نښتو کې ملکي زېربناوي، روغتایي مرکزونه، کورونه، بازارونه او بې ځایه شوي اوسېدونکي زیانمن شوي.
دوی په دغو بریدونو د ملکی وګړو په نښه کولو اندېښنه ښودلې او په کابل د پاکستان پوځي رژیم وروستی برید یې په کلکو ټکو غندلی.
اعلامیه کې ټینګار شوی، چې د جګړې دواړه خواوي باید د بشري حقونو نړیوالو قوانینو او بشردوستانه اصول مراعت او د ملکي وګړو ساتنه وکړي او د سرغړونو په اړه خپلواکې پلټنې وشي څو عاملان حساب ورکولو ته اړ شي.
دغو کارپوهانو د اسلامي امارت او پاکستاني چارواکو د دایمې اوربند غوښتنه کړې.
