Qasim Khan, son of former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, says his father has been caught in a regime that considers political dissent a serious crime and arrests and eliminates its political opponents.

He made these remarks at a meeting of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva.

Imran Khan’s son expressed deep concern about the deteriorating human rights situation, injustice, oppression, and brutality against people in Pakistan, and said that the Pakistani regime is systematically silencing the voices of the people there.

He also said that it has been 1000 days since his father was imprisoned, and he has not been able to see him yet.

He called on the international community to put pressure on the Pakistani regime to stop the current injustices and abuses.

Recent investigations by the United States Congress show that Pakistan has seriously begun working on a mission to create new troubles for its neighbors.

A research report released by the US Congress states that Pakistan remains a significant hub for terrorist groups.

The report's findings, which were shared with Congress four days ago, indicate that Pakistan has launched a broad mission to carry out terrorist activities in five areas: globally, in Afghanistan, Kashmir, India, and in connection with sectarian religious conflicts, alongside internal conflicts.

The US Congress report states that Pakistan’s coordination with these groups is what has fueled tensions between Islamabad and its neighbors, leading to hostility.

Pakistan, which has always considered itself a victim of terrorism and has obtained financial and political advantages from the international community based on this pretext, has trained groups against its neighbors, the region, and even the world, using them as tools to exert political pressure at opportune times.

The Islamic Emirate had previously shared concerns with its neighbors regarding the centers of groups in areas under the Pakistani regime’s control, which want to destabilize regional security and complicate the situation as a project.

Following Iran's response to attacks by the United States and Israel, Tehran closed the Strait of Hormuz to Washington and Tel Aviv, which resulted in a significant rise in oil prices in the United States.

Pakistan is one of the countries that has allowed Iranian ships to pass through the Strait of Hormuz, and Tehran has recently permitted 20 vessels flying the Pakistani flag to transit the Strait.

Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar responded to Tehran's move, saying it is a positive, constructive, commendable initiative, and a step towards peace.

The Foreign Minister also shared this message on former U.S. President Trump's Truth Social.

Overall, there is a belief that Pakistani officials have consistently prioritized U.S. interests over their country and people, and it's possible that the ships sailing under the flag of Pakistan through the Strait of Hormuz will deliver oil to America.

Oil prices in Pakistan have not yet decreased, and these suspicions could become a reality if Pakistan is betraying Iran and its people for the benefit of the United States.

United Nations human rights experts have said that Pakistan’s military regime’s recent attacks on Afghanistan are illegal, and Islamabad has no evidence to justify them.

In a statement released in Geneva, the experts said that Pakistan’s attacks violate the UN Charter’s second article and international law, and constitute a violation of the right to life for civilians.

The statement reads that the Pakistani regime has so far not presented concrete evidence to show that Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan attacks are organized by Taliban officials from Afghan territory.

The statement also notes that UN reports indicate that civilian infrastructure, health centers, homes, markets, and displaced people have been affected in these clashes.

They expressed concern over the targeting of civilians in these attacks and strongly condemned Pakistan’s military regime’s recent attacks on Kabul.

The statement emphasizes that both sides of the conflict should respect international humanitarian law and humanitarian principles and protect civilians, and independent investigations should be conducted into violations so that perpetrators can be held accountable.

The experts have called for a permanent ceasefire between the Islamic Emirate and Pakistani officials.

According to a research institution affiliated with the Swiss air quality monitoring agency, Pakistan will be the most polluted country in the world by 2025.

Reuters news agency reported, citing the report, that the level of hazardous particulate matter in Pakistan last year was 13 times higher than the prescribed limit.

The report also lists Bangladesh and Tajikistan as the second and third most polluted countries, with air quality deemed harmful to health last year.

The released data shows that the 25 most polluted cities in the world were all located in Pakistan, India, and China.

It is worth noting that Lahore and other Pakistani cities have previously been declared the most polluted cities globally.

The Pakistani military regime has requested mediation from Russia, following Turkey, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, regarding de-escalation between Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Pakistan's ambassador to Russia, Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, told the Izvestia newspaper in an interview that Pakistan has also requested Russia to mediate between Kabul and Islamabad to reduce tensions.

The Pakistani ambassador stated in the interview that they are in contact with Moscow and, in response to the requests of Russia, China, Qatar, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia, implemented a ceasefire with Afghanistan on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

Pakistan commemorates the ceasefire on the occasion of Eid both domestically and internationally, but has also carried out heavy weapons attacks on Afghan territory on Eid nights, causing death and destruction to civilians.

A statement released by the Pakistani Taliban group Jamaat-ul-Ahrar has urged domestic and, in particular, foreign players not to participate in the Pakistan Super League.

Former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, while incarcerated in a Pakistani jail, says Pakistani judges should be ashamed of their mistreatment of him.

Speaking through telephone contact with his sons, Khan stated that he repeatedly approached the judiciary to prevent the mistreatment he was facing, but according to him, Pakistani judges have sold their souls and integrity in exchange for personal favors.

Khan also said that his wife, Bushra Bibi, was subjected to inhumane treatment at the behest of Pakistani judges in order to pressure him, and that harming women and children is un-Islamic.

The former Pakistani Prime Minister stated that judges are responsible for justice in society and should be ashamed of themselves.
