CEOs of large companies are paid extraordinary amounts, we’re told due to their brilliance and rare abilities.

With every extraordinary circumstance we see how bad they are at their jobs. No foresight, no forward planning, no solutions for problems.

CEOs are all PR and bullshit.

Whereas rubbish collectors, sewage workers, and care home workers do their jobs consistently well for a small fraction of the money and would be missed much more than CEOs if they were not there. It is simply wrong.

And ironically the only people in any given company that could easily be replaced by GenAI slop machines - having no idea what they're saying and being factually correct less than 30% of the time sounds like a perfect match.
