CEOs of large companies are paid extraordinary amounts, we’re told due to their brilliance and rare abilities.
With every extraordinary circumstance we see how bad they are at their jobs. No foresight, no forward planning, no solutions for problems.
CEOs are all PR and bullshit.
And ironically the only people in any given company that could easily be replaced by GenAI slop machines - having no idea what they're saying and being factually correct less than 30% of the time sounds like a perfect match.
I reckon there’s a lot of chat about how to frame the importance of a human leader while minions are replaced by tech.
Yep, where “chat” = “propaganda”, cos the opposite is clearly true.
