I find I like cauliflower better cooked and broccoli better raw.
Zalasur 🐸🇺🇦@Fragglemuppet Raw broccoli tastes too bitter for me. Raw cauliflower tastes like sock. I like both, but they are both more palatable when cooked. Steamed is best for both options.

I totally dislike it cooked (in water), but do like it roasted/pan-fried
